DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe are pleased to advertise the first in a series of works
 hops focused on defining the dark matter science case for the next-generat
 ion massively multiplexed cosmology experiment\, Spec-S5 (https://spec-s5.
 org/).  \nThis workshop will be held in-person at KICP/UChicago on Oct 27
 -29. Zoom access will be provided\, though we strongly encourage in-person
  attendance since much of the workshop will be focused around small group 
 discussions. The program is still under construction\, but we expect a rel
 atively brief introduction session followed by small group discussions foc
 used on topics of shared interest. By the end of the meeting\, we expect t
 o have collectively assembled an outline for the Spec-S5 dark matter scien
 ce program that can be fleshed out in future meetings in this series.\n\n
