Poster Setup
-
Size limit: Posters must be at most 33” tall × 46” wide (A0 size or smaller).
-
Setup window: Please put up your poster between 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
Poster Bingo
To make the session more interactive, we’re running a Poster Bingo game for attendees — and you play a key role!
How it works:
-
Attendees receive bingo cards; presenters receive a sheet stickers.
-
Poster presenters will be assigned a number, only the presenter and the organizers will know that number.
-
Anyone who discusses the poster with presenter gets a sticker.
-
Sticker is to be placed on the number corresponding to your poster number.
-
Attendees who complete a bingo are entered into a prize drawing.
What Poster Presenters need to do:
-
Pick up stickers at the session.
-
Chat with attendees about your work.
-
Place a sticker on the BINGO square that corresponds to your poster to each attendee who engages with you.
This is a fun way to boost engagement and visibility across all posters. Let us know if you have any questions.
