Notes for students
We understand that hotel prices can be quite high, especially during the summer. To support students, we plan to provide an opportunity for attendees to connect with one another and coordinate shared accommodations. This will be facilitated through a dedicated Slack channel within the conference workspace, trying to make it easier for students to organize room-sharing arrangements.
For everyone: You must book your own hotels.
