Applications must be approved by the school organizers. Preference will be given to students and postdocs.
The deadline to apply is June 20th, 2025. Registration after this date is not guaranteed.
Once your application is approved, your registration will be left pending until you complete the payment. You can submit your payment on an external site: https://muon.uchicago.edu/ The fee is 50 USD for all attendees.
Note that there is a separate registration form and fee for the US Muon Collider Collaboration Meeting, which students in this school are expected to attend.
